1.Cancellation cant be done once the order is booked and payment is completed
EXCHANGE POLICY
In the rare eventuality you wish to exchange a product, please read our below policies –
- If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at support@visisthacollection.in mentioning your Order ID The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- If you think, you have received the wrong product/Damage Products ,Kindly send email (support@visisthacollection.in) within 24hrs .Opening video compulsory in this case.
- Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 1 day of receiving the product would not be accepted.
- Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight difference in color or Feel of Material.
- Exchange can be done with Other Products or Refund. We will pay the Shipping cost in case of Saree Damage/Wrong product.
Refund Policy:
Refunds once eligible will be given equivalent store credit or will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 2 to 5 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
